Payment issue with PhonePe.COM department amount not debited

I was transferred amount from state bank of India to Andhra bank by using PHONE PE application. This amount not debited but it is not credited to the Andhra bank. We are already complained both branches. They says this payment is not related to us.Please contact PHONE PE application customer support.
Again we complained phone pe application support but they also not responding properly.
Can you resolve my payment issue amount 5500/-
