State bank of India, My payment using Bharat QR code failed and my amount is not returned

I have Savings account number 33133840637 with State Bank of India. On 21st August I have made a payment of Rs.1428 using Bharat QR code to Bajaj Allianz general insurance company. The insurance company denied having received my payment. I have been trying to get my money back by contacting the customer service of 1. Bajaj Allianz general insurance company. 2. Bill desk payment gateway. 3. State Bank of India. None of them answered my query with responsibility. After complaining to IRDAI, Bajaj Allianz replied to me that I should contact the Bank. State Bank of India sends a stock reply to any complaint that the complaint has false information.
There is no use complaining to Banking ombudsman and Pgportal also.
