Axis Bank are not concerned to provide services by taking amount also

I went to Adoni (my Hometown where my savings Bank a/c is opened) . I am customer of this bank since 2007.I requested then to open a Demat Account, Its almost 2 months now , That bank officer said it will take 7 to 15 days to open a demat account, But already 2 months completed no Demat accout is opened, Now a days services became too poor. Especially in town level banks no one is concentratring it seems.Earlier Axis Bank services was good, But now a days they are not concerned to provide services by taking amount also.
