I am DINESH TRIPATHI. I have a salary account with HDFC bank. Last year an amount of 1799 was deducted from my account by OneAssist without any prior notice or communication. When I called customer care, then i came to know that One assist has started a membership plan without my consent. I have been trying to stop these services for almost a year, but none of the customer care executives are cooperating in cancelling this service. Again for the second year the membership renewal date is approaching and I am yet to receive any communication regarding the cancellation of these services.

I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership. So cancel the membership .
