I HAVE ABOVE MENTIONED TWO LOANS WITH INDUS IND BANK LTD

RUJ00084N HAS BEEN TAKEN ON 31/07/2016 AND RUJ00171N HAS BEEN TAKEN ON 03/03/17

NOW I AM GOIN TO SOLD MY PROPERTY SO I WANT TO CLOSE MY LOAN ACCOUNT

I AM READY TO PAY THE OUTSTANDING LOAN AMOUNT WITH INTEREST TILL DATE TO INDUSIND BANK LTD

EVEN THEN THE INDUS IND BANK IS NOT GIVING ME THE FORECLOSURE LETTER EVEN 30 DAY BACK I MADE SEVEN TO EIGHT VISITS TO THE UADIPUR BRANCH BUT ONLY MY SEVENTH VISIT TIME BANK THE BANK HAS ACCEPTED MY APPLICATION FOR CLOUSER THE LOAN

SINCE THEN I HAVE BEEN HARRASSED AND THREATEND AND ADOPTING ALL THE UNREASONABLE AND UNLAWFUL MEANS AND NOT GIVING ME THE FORECLOSURE LETTER

I HAVE MAILED TO THEIR CUSTOMER CARE CENTER AND FURTHER TO THEIR NODAL OFFICER FOR REDRESSAL OF MY ISSUE MORE THAN 12 TIMES BUT ONLY AUTO GENERATED REPLY HAVE BEEN COMING

SO PLEASE TAKE THESE MATTER IN PRIORITY

AS PER MY CONSUMER RIGHT THE PURCHASED GOODS AND SERVICES AVAILED OF SHOULD NOT ONLY MEET THEIR IMMIDIATE NEEDS BUT ALSO FULFIL LONG TERM INTEREST OF THE CUSTOMER

IN MY CASE CONTRARY TO THE ABOVE HAS BEEN DONE BY THE BANK

TAKE STRICT ACTION AGAINST BANK WHO IS USING THEIR ALL MIGHTS TO FINISH THE CUSTOMER MENTALY AND FINANCIALY AS WELL
