I have add ₹5000 in wallet but app has not show money in wallet

Today i have add ₹5000 in payzapp wallet. Then ₹5000 deducted from my sbi debit card. Still app not show money in the wallet.
I am not a hdfc customer. I have use sbi debit cArd for add money.

Still payzapp not show money in the wallet.
I want to receive ₹ 5000 in my debit card or wallet.
