Axis Bank Not able to transfer fund and submit bills through internet banking

Hi Sir,

My Axis Bank customer ID is 867690522. My Name is Reetika Solanki.

My company opened my salary account in Axis bank in Dec 2016 but Axis bank took ore than 25 days to activate my axis bank account.

After the activation, I register for internet banking with the given details in Insta kit and I successfully registered.

But, I was facing the issue when I am clicking on following option:
Payment -> fund transfer

The error message is displaying as follows:

" Access to the Menu is not available. Please contact Bank Administrator"

Then I visited my bank branch Sitapura Jaipur. Where I spoke to Branch Manager Mr. Ramanand.

He asked me to fill the request form and then within 48 hours (2 working days) your problem will be resolved.

After 5 days, I tried again to transfer fund but same error displayed to me. Then he asked me to again fill the request form and visit the branch again.

This is happening since 1 month and till yet I filled 3 request form but my query has not been resolved.

Then I called to axis bank customer service number 1-800-209-5577 on 28, March 2017. They have given me service request number 299730086 and told me your query will resolve with 24 hours. But without informing and resolving my issue the executive marked it resolved.

When I again called today, They informed me your query has been resolved.

I am not able to get feasible solution from axis bank and since account opened, I am not able to transfer fund and pay bill through online internet banking.

This situation is very frustrating for me because branch manager is not attending and being available on call.

Please help me to resolve this issue.
