hello
a month back I was depositing cash into my ICICI BANK SAVING ac through CASH DEPOSIT MACHINE
I put the money into the cash box of the machine ,shutter got closed then after the process it asked do you want to add more money I pressed yes, cash valt opened which was empty and I entered the rest amount , same happened again shutter closed machine counted and started taking my info cash was inside the machine , I pressed deposit the cash it confirmed my name I pressed yes, machine started rolling again
now at the end it asked me do you want receipt for this transaction red color window appeared showing SAVE TREE so being genuine I touched no and I left

NOW after two days I was trying to pay online for my property tax and transaction got declined
coz there was no balance in my acc

visited bank they said money no transaction has happened that day after seeing the CCTV footage I got to know the money which I was depositing which was inside the machine has been taken over by some1 else

after leaving the counter CASH DEPOSIT MACHINE took out that money and other person take it away
bank says its your fault
and I say when money was inside the machine why did it open the cash valt with cash in it

y did not machine retained the cash within
