Hi team

Bank chgd the bank chgs of Rs. 750 from my bank a/c agst. Debit card annual fees.i have sent the mail to bank that it is salary a/c and at the time of opening it was mentioned that no annual fees wil be levied.

Bank reversed the chgs but knly 650/-As per bank they can't reverse the chgs becuase as per bank policy these chgs can not be reversed.

My objection is that then there is no mistake of consumer then why i will pay these gst chgs. I have send the mail to bank but they are not reversing the chgs.

Please help me.
