Dear Sir
I have made a payments to all outstanding of my YES BANK CREDIT CARD - 5318-4910-2029-9993 in July and told Credit card dept to close my credit card.
After 2-3 months I got a call from Yes Bank Credit Card collection dept. from Ms. Rita that I had an outstanding is of 370 Rs and my card is only temperory blocked not permanent, which I have paid and receipt is attached herewith.
Again 2 day bank I received message from Yes Bank that again I have a minimum due of 496.01
kindly help me
