airtel retailer opened my airtel payments bank account without my consent on linking my airtel mobile No.with Aadhaar No. I requested to close my A/c vide Case No.517698 dated 29/06/2017 but my A/c still not closed.

Dear Sir,
Myself Ejaz khan living in vangani, having mobile shop Bussines, we have take the airtel payment money transfer from URMILA SONANE MOBILE, they don't provide proper service to us, taking money in advance and not giving refill on time, telling to wait 4 to 5 hour to send balance on my account.
kindly take a serious action againt this distributor, due to not giving proper reply to their client (retailer).wrost service provided to the retailer of vangani.
