On 23/jan/2017 I was submitted 30000rs cheque in my college and later colz informed me that cheque was bounce due to insufficient Ballance but my account will have more than the amount I filled on that cheque and colz authorities will charged me 1000 rs becoz of cheque bounce I went to bank also but they simply give me condolence letter of their inconvenient,i want to know that who will paid that charged becoz there is no mistake of mine
