On the 28th of December I submitted a complaint letter detailing the following:

On the 15th of December I had transferred Rs.2000 from my in Indian overseas account number, 143601000011854, into my paytm account. Then on the same day, I had transferred the same amount from my paytm account back into my IOB account.

ON the 16th of December I had received an email from Paytm saying that the funds had been put into my account and they had provided me with the following reference number which was given to them by the IOB: 74332746352635146470603

It has been weeks since this had occurred but the funds till have not been put into my account, even after reporting this incedent.

It is very delinquent and irresponsible of the Indian Overseas Bank to not have credited my account with the amount transferred by Paytm.
