Complaint regrading ICICI Bank Faridabad Sector ATM Not Working

Since 2-Sep-2016 I have been corresponding with ICICI Bank regarding high down time of their ATM's in their Sector 15, Faridabad, Branch.
Despite written assurances by ICICI Bank, the ATM is inoperative on several occasions.
Even today, 5-Sep-2016, ~11 PM both ATM's are unable to dispense cash
