I have an account in canara bank sec- 31 faridabad branch A/C no.0347101038106, i deposit a ch. no. 911579 dt. 15/03/2016 Rs.9286 corporation bank and my ch dishonored by the bank on 18/03/2016. when i ask the reason to the bank regarding the same they told me as per the bank name mismatch but after checking the same by the canara bank people there is no mismatch, they once again deposit the ch. on 12/04/2016 but it once again dishonored on 15/04/2016. without my permission bank presented the ch. third time and it got cleared. i have two question
1.how can bank deduct my money for his mistake?
2.who will pay the penalty to me and how much for this delay.
