On 01-Sep-2016 I went to the ICICI Wealth Management Branch in Sector 15, Faridabad to withdraw cash. But both the ATM's were out of order, Consequently I was forced to withdraw cash from the Canara Bank ATM in Sector 15, Faridabad. This resulted in a transaction fee of Rs 46 per Rs 20000=00.
In this connection I would like to make the following complaints:
1)--The two ATM Machines in the ICICI Wealth Management Branch are out of order on several occasions every month, either because of a technical problem or because there is no cash available. In many instances both the machines are out of order at the same time.This is source of harassment for customers.
2)--ICICI Bank must reimburse the transaction fee incurred by me and also other customers. Also in future a system must be put in place so that customers do not loose money because of ICICI Bank's inefficiency.
In this connection I would like to make the following complaints:
