Wrongful Dishonour of cheque and Deduction of Charges

I had deposited a cheque drawn on The State Bank of India in my account on 22.04.2016 for Rs.167000/-. But it was presented by the IDBI Bank for Rs.1670000/-. Due to insufficient funds, it got dishonoured on 25.04.2016, without any fault of mine. The same cheque was presented correctly on the next day and it got cleared the same day i.e. 26.04.2016, without any changes being made in the cheque.

Due to the dishonour of this cheque an amount of Rs. 69/- was deducted from my IDBI account and Rs. 458/- was deducted from the account (SBI A/c No. 10572746611 of M.G. Road Branch, Gurgaon) on which the cheque was drawn, without any fault from our side.

Since that day (26.04.2016) I have been trying to get these charges reversed by coordinating telephonically with IDBI's Subhash Nagar branch in Gurgaon (Haryana), where I had deposited the cheque; as well as Jayanagar branch in Bangalore (Karnataka), my home branch.

Although the charges of Rs.69/- have been credited into my IDBI account on 07.06.2016 but I have not received the refund of Rs.458/- till date.
