REFUND NOT YET RECEIVED AGAINST CANCELLED BANK GUARANTEE

Sir,

Please be informed that, I got bank guarantee (BG) bearing No.03480100000106 dated 04th April 2016 of Rs.1,19,760.36 from Axis bank Ltd, NIT Faridabad for the period of three years against my FD for Security of VAT for my BPTP Flat mutation. The Bank charged Rs.4,229.30 as commission of BG. But the same BG was not accepted by BPTP due to wrong format. Again, I requested the Bank to issue BG in the correct format. Considering my request the bank issued an amendment Bank Guarantee dated 21st April 2016 and charged Rs.1,545.75. BPTP again refused to accept the amendanded BG due to wrong format.

Again, I requested to Bank to cancel the same BG and re-issue fresh Bank Guarantee with BPTP-VAT format. They issued fresh Bank Guarantee No.03480100000111 dated 10th May 2016 and charged again Rs.4,229.30 and the same BG submitted to BPTP for my Flat mutation.

The bank has not yet refunded the BG commission against my cancelled BG No.03480100000106.

I repeatedly, requested to bank to refund the cancelled bank guarantee commission, but didn't receive any respond from their end as of today.

Kindly, help me to get the refund Rs.5,775.05 (which is excess charged from my account).
