Dear Sir,
I am holding saving account No :07071570001727 in your branch.on 19th April 2016 I have applied for Change my Mobile No to 9711890132 from the previous Mobile No 9810449758 Which is not in existence with me.on 19th April 2016 you assured me that with in three working days it will be done. Today is 22nd April 2016 still I am waiting for the desired change. Today during visit of my son you assured me that today it will be done but all in vain. Kindly suggest me what to do ?
Last year I have also applied for the change in Mobile No, they replied "HO GAYA.....HO GAYA my mistake is that I have no confirmed the change. Now recently I checked I found that nothing was done then I applied again.
