ICICI bank credit card Fraud, complaint against ICICI bank credit card department.

This is my complaint against ICICI bank credit card department.

Approximately 2 years ago i start getting mails that $xyz payment made through your credit card and after 5-6 transactions, my credit card blocked by the bank. If i am the only who is doing shopping using my credit then why bank blocked it. Actually it was a fraud and bank knew that.

I was shocked after getting so many emails of shopping in $. I complained through email in icici customer care and other modes like visited near by bank but no help. I struggled for approximate 1.5 year.

I tried icici customer care id, Illias ali senior officer of icici, but all in vain.

Icici bank deducted 3000-4000 rs from my bank account automatically as credit card payment.

Ultimately i got to know that icici is not the bank for customers. They are cheaters, fraud. They don't have proper security checks.


I am feeling cheated, troubled, exploited and harassed by icici bank.

I request here to help me out.
