Unable to make /receive call even after having International Roaming Pack

Dear Sir /Madam,

This has reference to Airtel Roaming Services Israel Pack, which I bought it on 16th October, 2017 and it was supposed to get activated on same day i.e. 16th October 2017 night for next 10 days

During my 2 day stay in Israel and in-transit till I returned back to India, I was not able to make nor receive a single call.

On my return, i.e. on 25th October 2017, I reported the issue (lack of service) to Airtel and requested them to reverse the charges and stop the roaming services for which they said, I have to wait till I get next month bill, accordingly they will reverse it in subsequent month bill.

Yesterday, I received the Bill from Airtel , which I forwarded to them with request to reverse the charges. Instead of seeking apology for lack of services resulting in hardship and agony faced by me and my family, not able to know my where about /get in-touch while I was in Israel, they are saying, though I was not able to make /receive calls, I have used data while roaming (that too on 19th and 20th) hence the charges can't be reversed. I kept my phone in roaming as I was wanted to reach my family, which didn't materialize then why I need to pay for the services, which normally is available free of cost at Airports?

It is like, I go to buy a TV in a shop, though I didn't like TV and buy it, I was handed over a bill 10 time of TV price, saying this is discounted bill for enjoying watching TV, listening music at store and I need to pay. This is nothing short of looting customer's hard earned money!
