Hi, My name is Phillips Arnold.I bought a Symphony Ice Cube Xl cooler from Spencer;s retailer showroon in Musheerabad, Rtc crossroads,Sec'bad, on 4th april 2016.The merchandise was defective.We lodged the first complaint on 16th april 2016 12 days after time of purchase.There was no response at all.This continued for almost 3 weeks, where the agents from Symphony customer service and Spencer's were rude to me, And there was no resolution, given.Finally i was able to get a manager on the phone from Spencer's customer Service named RAHUL DAS.He said "i'll take full responsibility and will resolve this issue by the EOD."one hour later i got a call from spencer's retailer outlet manager named MAHESH B. saying he will be sending help to my home.
Two people came in and one of the guys informed me that it is a personal cooler and is not meant to be kept in a huge hall.and the second guy was the one who sold the cooler to me at the store.I recognised him..they asked me to come down to the store with the cooler, because I was cheated on and sold a cooler that i wasn't looking for.At the store the manager was rude to me, and said that " THERE IS NO REPLACEMENT IN RETAIL.."...
He left us at the exit gate and didn't respond after that.We were forced to leave the cooler there at the exit, and come back...I don't have a choice now..but to put in this complaint.The cooler was worth Rs. 5391.00, and due to this lack of service from Symphony and Spencer's I'm at a loss of almost 5000 Rs...
Please Help Me get my money back, as I was given Incorrect information at the time of purchase, There was no solution provided, Mangers were rude to not just em abut my Female friend who wa with me, the employee who sold it to us named, RAJESH KUMAR left the scene as soon as we arrived, We were made to wait for 3 weeks and then informed that it is too late for a replacement,the cooler we anyways left behind because it is of no use at all,( a ceiling fan is much better) and I lost Rs.5391.00 also.
Spencer's return my money back , or atleast provide a cancellation so that I can get it disputed with my bank.please Help Me.
