No Invoice for International Roaming Recharge 2998Rs (Store/customer care Email/Airtel Thanks app)

Dear Team,

I have done recharge of 2998 Rs international roaming on 8th Sep 2023 on my Airtel Number 7995081035. (Airtel Thanks APP Transaction ID: 393268506).

In Airtel Thanks app, same is visible in transactions but not able to download receipt. For that case, I have visited Customer care store in Hyderabad and emailed to customer care. They are not supporting. (Also Airtel customer care email reply is simply a copy paste).

Kindly help me provide a receipt from Airtel for this transaction.
