Airtel customer care - no signal and cheating in open network site

hi,
i am surya pavan.P Mob: 9849018953 a customer of airtel since 2004, my family has 6-7 phones (both 4g & 3g) with airtel sims but from around 2-3months i am facing signal problem with all the phones, i am unable to complain to airtel as well, i am missing all important calls and break in between calls, breaked voice but in airtel site it is showing excellent signal which is obvious manipulation to attract customers.can also see the attached picture of manipulated signal strength and actual signal in phone.

    Currently I am facing network issue at my village location.My phone is getting only 2G service.I tried to call open network customer care number(12118) but it do not have any option to register my complaint
    I would request you to please correct this network problem and update correct customer care for such issues.Please reply at the earliest.

    I am Rajesh Lohar Mob: 8761831323 a customer of airtel since 2010 my family has 3 phones (4g) with airtel sims but from around 10 to 12 months i am facing signal problem with all the phones, i am unable to speak clearly with my airtel no nor able to browse network as well, i am missing all important calls and breaked voice disturb us between our conversation forcing us to use another SIM for clear conversation but in airtel it is showing excellent signal poor net services miss guiding us please improve your services in Hijuguri area of Tinsukia dist assam for more comfortable usage of mobile services
