Misleading Store Name, Inefficient and Poor customer services

I had a very bitter experience with Sony Electronics in the month of April 2016, when I visited this store in Madinaguda Hyderabad to purchase a Air cooler and AC.
a) Air cooler - They delivered faulty machines (Kenstar) two times before returning my money. I had to do multiple follow ups before this episode ended. I am very unhappy that Kenstar did not bother to own the responsibility. I even wrote to them about the incident.
b) Air conditioner: I went ot purchase a AC, but since the installation can happen within 4- 7 days, I also purchased an Aircooler as explained above along with the Hitachi AC. The installation did not happen till 2 weeks. I wrote to Hitachi (all 3 levels of escalations available on their website), followed up with dealer 'Sony Electronics'with no result. Finally I managed to convince the dealer to collect AC and return my money. I went through lot of suffering to get my 40K+ refunded by them. It took a week before the Dealer returned money, after the ac machine was picked up from my place.
- the dealer manager who was in contact with us till the ac machine was collected, suddenly stopped being in touch, his mobile is switched off and the store people says he quit(suddenly in 2 days how can a person leave his job!).
- In despair I wrote to Sony India customer care hoping they can exert some pressure. My understanding till then was this store(and many outlets of this brand actually belonged to Sony brand. Google takes you to the below wiki, when I search for Sony Electronics. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sony#Electronics
I do understand Hitachi is a different brand, but cannot believe Sony electronics does not belong to Sony. If that is the case, they should ask Sony electronics to change the name. I did request this to Sony over email on which I did not recieve any response. I have attached email communications pertaining to this entire episode of my distress experience with Sony Electronics.
End of this ordeal I realized it is so difficult and seen as stupid act to demand the dealer to collect the defective/poor serviced items. This dealer did try to convince me to take another brand AC from them with the same promise of immediate installation. I could not trust him anyway.
either the retail outlet change their name(same goes with Bajaj Electronics and others) or accept responsibilities to the acts of dealers.
Hitachi and Sony are both MNCs, why cannot they serve Indian consumers the same way they work outside India? They should ensure we receive services with respect and quality just the way they serve their customers outside India.
I want these organizations take necessary actions and prepare to serve customers in a better way. I want them to compensate me and others who are agonized by similar irresponsible actions.
i tried to attach my email communications with Sony, Hitachi and Kenstar, but the upload failed. Since 16th April I had to other work than to follow up with these firms. Being educated and living in Hyderabad City, if I faced so much problem I can imagine how rural people and those without proper education and awareness will be treated and made to suffer.
