Complain about Airtel Broadband Issue for wifi connectivity with Laptop

Hi,

I have been a user of Airtel Broadband since more than 3 years, for a connectivity issue I have been calling the CC since 3 weeks,the CC executives are giving false assurance of raising tickets, where they are not sincere to their work. after following up of so many times with my own telephone cost, finally a ticket raised, where the work is not assigned to the concerned responsible engineer to solve issue and in between I got bill payment notice for the month Jan-2017. why should i pay for the where there is no service, no response to the issue, This is the high time that I am writing here against Airtel service provision.
