Sir i bought an 55 inch led tv of samsung model no 55 JU6600 From shop clues i ordered the product on 24th october 2016 and i got the product on 10th october 2016 but when i opened the box the display of led tv was broken immediately i complained to shop clues and they said to share some images of box and damaged led tv as per thier request some images and they said they will solve within 4 to 5 working days and again when i called them they said to send wooden box images of led tv which i dont have i said this 10 to 15 times i dont have wooden box images and now they are saying they will not refund my money without that images which i dont have and i have them 89000 through net banking.. So i request you kindly to look into this matter and help me to gety money back.
