Complain against V-Guard pump motor for electric pump motor

Esteemed Sir/Madam,
I had purchased a V-Guard pump motor (0.5HP/single phase) VC-H80 on dt.11-05-2016 from a local dealer. The bill was Rs. 7,500/- for the pump, accessories, fitting charges etc. There was some malfunctioning and they replaced with VC-H45 (a lower version). The problem continued to exist and the pump didnt work. After repeated request to the dealer and their non-response, I got it worked by some other means.
When I approached the dealer seeking to return the difference amount due to the latter lower version, they denied.
Hence, may I hereby request you to kindly help me to get my money back and the other losses incurred during this time pursuing the issue.
