This is with respect to my order number 2016-03-23-085285 I placed on 22-March-2016 with shopCJ over the call.
I had called on their toll free number 18602001860 to place my order and I had confirmed with the executive if I can return the order on the basis of like/dislike and quality issue. She had confirmed me clearly that I can return product without any issues.
I had placed the order on her confirmation.
On receipt of order on 29-March-2016, I found that the
Superspun Easy Home Pack of 3 Double Bedsheet Set are not as per my expectation. I didn't like the product quality and I requested for a return.
Later, the complaint team came back telling that they don't return the product on the basis of like/dislike and quality issue.
I told them clearly that why it was not communicated when I placed the order and confirmed with the customer care executive. They denied all my requests very rudely and told me that they will not return it at all.
Request you to please help me for the above mentioned scenario and please get my money returned for the same.

    I ordered online on shopcj via app... My money was deducted from mobikwik but order placement didn't show up.. I called around 10times at customer service but there was no reply. Refund the amount . stop cheating public. Fraud people. Worst ever service

    I have orderd prestige juicer and mixer 1 and half month back after 12hrs of delivery of product i have called back to shopcj to take back the product but they brought for exchange but we have said to refund the product no proper response from shopcj in this one and half month i called atleast 30 times to shopcj they r saying after 2 days what is all this nonsense hope u I'll refund it soon
