    Dear sir/madam,

    I reside in Yelahanka New Town, Bangalore. In my locality; SFS 208 there is a cigarette shop by the name of Sri Bhramalingeshwara who sell cigarettes and cold drinks at an additional cost.

    Cigarettes in Bangalore cost 12 rupees whereas this shop sells it for ₹13. Which when added in terms of a box, is a cost incurred.

    There is sometimes a 5 rupee surcharge on cold drink in the name of cooling charges. Usually it's ₹2.

    I don't believe in government complaints, but this shop is taking advantage of the fact that most of the customers and non-local college students. When asked why are they selling products at a higher cost; the shopkeeper doesn't acknowledge or would ask me to leave. Hoping there would be some action taken against this.

    In Bangalore there is big wholesale and retail nexus, who are making a killing on gutka and chewing tobacco day in day out, example a popular brand chewing tobacco is being sold.by most retailers in Bangalore for Rs 12 as againist the retail.price of Rs 7/- and almost all.gutka packets are over charged, first of all.it should not.be sold and on top of it they make merry.

    I purchased taparia adjustable spanner(1171N) from Galaxy Tools & chain centre located at Mustafa Mansion, 67, N.R Road, Bangalore 560002. The Mrp on the pack is Rs. 217/- but he has billed for 241. if he is selling @ this price what is the company or the CTO doing????

    Hello, I'm a regular customer to big Bazaar and very often purchase. But on 12/08/18 I had purchased few groceries came home and check the bill . I was shocked. The MRP of LIZOL is 327 , but I was charged 344. Be careful I also have supportive docs like bill, kindly take appropriate legal action. We are being cheated in the name of offer.
