Retail store not returning the balance

Hello,

The retail store - super market which is located in our area never return the balance instead forcibly sell small items like candies, cookies, etc even though they have sufficient change with them which is clear visible. When we object, they ask us to get the change and then take the materials. Since they are the only super market in our area they are taking advantage of it. I believe you will take proper action about it.

    cold storage products like curd, milk... how much extra money should a shop keeper charge ?
    some times shop keep charge 1 rupee extra for 0.5 (half) liter milk/curd and some times they charge 1 rupee for 250ml milk/curd pack...what is correct pricing ? and where i should complaint such things ?

    I have sign contract of global communications and data services in hand to hand writing project at 25,2nd floor ,Sanskrut shopping mall,mehsana & e mail - gcdsmail1@ Gmail.com Thier company says that to write 1 to 125 pages in only on 6 days do that write in small latter to in capital letters and firstly given them 3500₹ as deposit and after 3 positive report they give half deposit and after 1 year they give 3500 deposit so I take this contact and start my work and I given them 4 time works but they no giving any payment or deposit and always they say you have more than 25% mistake and only given the page which have taking mistake and Thier mistake calculation is to not writing a single word in capital letters so calculate(0 .60)℅ mistake and missing line 1℅ mistake so always it be in 6 days above 25℅ mistake and no giving any payment and giving to write again 1 to 125 pages and which pages no mistake they are taking and I write again in 6 days and calculate 25 ℅ mistakes is very easy and don't give me any payment and not giving deposit and not only me my two other friends already live this contact and lost Thier deposit so I request to you that TAKING AGAIN THEM STRICT ACTION and please
    GIVEN US ONLY OUR DEPOSIT this company is fraud and their terms and conditions are only for taking people's deposit money so please I request to you that TAKING strict action about that and given back our deposit money
