No proper response/Refund not yet done

Dear Sir,

In the reference to the above, i have cancel my order before despatching and got cancel confirmation also. Now i have been calling them for refund from one month, they are asking to return the product. how it is possible, since i have not received materials despite paying upfront how can i return ?
Kindly help in getting refund
