I had ordered a VR box from Amazon on 26 November 2016. The courier was supposed to be delivered on or before December 5, 2016 8 PM as promised. I was tracking the shipment all the while. The shipment was wrongly routed to Sonipat, Haryana from Delhi. Amazon stopped updating the status on the mobile app after 28 November. I was in constant touch with Amazon. Despite all this, my shipment was not delivered. When I call the customer care, they say they are sorry about it. When asked about the whereabouts of the order, they refuse to say they cannot share the details.
