I bought a " get in shape comfortable slimming belt+thigh shaper for women.
Size:xxL-xxxL/ Item 11145 order no29752789
It was received on 7th Dec and found small for me hence called up naatpol and informed o 9th Dec, and got an acknoledgement for return/ exchange from naatpol-ack no20209623. I had asked for a Nagpur bedsheetas exchange by paying additional rs 500 and agreed upon. They asked me to keep the item ready for pick up but nobody turned up inspite of several reminders , my calls were answered by different people from call center.

Now they say the time is over and exchange not posssible.I paid rs.1398and they deny exchange for no fault of mine

You may kindly intervene and make arrangement for exchange of the item mentioned above to a new item- Nagpur 3D five bed sheets for which i will pay the additional rs.500/

Please indtruct your people to accept out request and arrange for exchange.
You may kindly inform me also on this matter
