Around 200 mb is refunded in my data back account, recharge unsuccessful

Around 200 mb is refunded in my data back account .and i have opened the app for around one month after the previous recharge.but still everytime i opt for recharge it notifies that recharge is not proceeded..pls fix it as soon as possible
