Airtel has disconnected my Prepaid number (9963892727) without any reason and without any intimation. I have recharged this number (9963892727)on 17th Nov, 2017 with Rs.448(valid for 70 days) which is registered on my brother's name(Gantla Aravinda Reddy). I'm not getting signals since 16th Dec.
My number is linked to online sites and a credit card. I'm facing severe inconvenience due to this. I’m working as a Professor in SNIST. I’m facing severe problems. . We had NBA inspection on 15 and 16. Our HoD called me several times for a document to be shown to the Inspection Team. I faced huge problems on 16th Dec. As I’m also in-charge for Results Section, I get calls from the vendors and various colleges related to the stationary and exams results respectively. Im facing severe problems since then…
Is it mandatory to give Aadhar biometric(finger print) to Airtel Network. I gave Aadhar Xerox, but they told that finger print is mandatory. I did not give it for 2 reasons:
i) They are not a Govt. Agency
ii) The last date is in the month of February 2018.

I think, this might be the reason for the disconnection of my Number. If that is so, it is not happened to others, who didn’t give their thumb or biometric. Moreover, the last date for giving the thumb is in the month of February 2018.
Please help me in this regard. Please take proper action the network Provider, I.e., Airtel for doing such a ridiculous thing. Please see that they pay proper compensation for the loss caused by them.
