I the complainant, Vikas A. Lekhrajani, Vadodara, Gujarat, hereby made this complain that,
I was booked three air tickets of Air Costa Air Lines, at Vadodara, in Feb-2017 to go to Hydrabad from Ahmedabad, and my flight departure on 4th March 2017 from Ahmedabad Air Port, but, on 28th Feb 2017 I had received a sms from Air Costa Airlines in which stating that "Flight LB-LB693 is cancelled due to Technical Reason". and a called received by me from aircosta airlines stating that your refund of air tickets will be paid to you within 8 to 10 working days, but, thereafter, I had given many complain telephonically to the head office of Air Costa Air lines, Vijaywada, A.P., as well as on email address of Air costa Airlines, but, each and every time they replied me that your refund will be paid within 15 days, within 20 days, within 25 days and so. Now, since Feb-2017 to Sept. 2017 a long period of morethan, 8 months, I have not received my refund. And many bogus promises, assurances are giving by Air Costa Airlines, but, all the promises are bogus. Thereby, it is crystal clear that Air Costa Airlines, is made fraud, mischief, with me.
