I have travelled alot in Indigo and was very excited to have a first flight in spicejet. It's saddening to see how your staffs just to hide their faults put all blames on customer. I had a flight from Mumbai to Patna on 18th Feb at 6:35am for a really very important event. I reached airport by 5:15 am . I was standing in the extremely huge queue since 5:30. At 5:40 am mind you , at 5:40 am they announced for the people to come forward who had a flight at 6:00am to Delhi. By proper maths, if your staffs really know it was just 20 min more for the flight of Delhi to take off but they still announced. And so i asked the staff who was standing there regarding Patna Flight as the queue was very large, he said keep standing my number will come and by the time i reached the counter it was 5:55am still there was 40 min left and they said the boarding is done. I got to know the real reason that there was five overbookings done and so they gave my ticket to someone else to earn more. (such greedy glutton spicejet is, no care for customer)
i Requested them almost for 10min and it was 6:05 and to hide their fault , they wrote i reported at 6:05 am . It was still 40 min left and i could have easily boarded but your insolent staffs wanted to earn more so didn't give any heed. They were just lingering the time arguing with me till 6:05am so that they have valid reason against their favour. Such assholes!! They didn't even announce for Patna flights and started telling lies that they have announced . The depressing part was the person whom i asked standing in the queue regarding Patna flights when he announced for Delhi and said me keep standing in the queue, denied that he had ever said anything to me. Wonderful behaviour. Slow Claps!!!! To be very honest, i am not deaf and they didn't announce even once but your staffs are good at saying lies. Your staffs literally argued and tried to put all blames on me that i came late, i called the security and he too took my side that i was there. Your worst staffs ever then didn't have any say , didn't reply anything and went. They didn't reply to my single questions. For the first time in my life, your staffs made me feel so helpless, didn't give nay alternative either. I missed my flight for an important event because of you guys. I had to cancel my return ticket and my money got waste.

This attitude of your staff is definitely going on Linkedin, Twitter and Facebook. Either refund my total money or i am not going to bear such kind of attitude and going to post everything to make others aware of your behaviour and will promote others to choose other airlines.

I have even raised a complaint of number 0344-04-58 but i have not got any call from you guys either. Do respond and refund my complete money. Have some good manners atleast towards a passenger. Give a training programme to worst staffs ever and poorest customer service.
