I am Pankaj Narayan Pardeshi. I have registered complaint regarding washing machine. Before one month & before one month I have complaint many times. But I haven't got proper service & proper feedback. Regarding my fully automatic washing machine. My machine in full warranty period. But they are not giving me proper service. Many technician came to solve problem. But they can't solve the problem. So I called to service centre regarding complaint. They give me head Person's no. Mrs. Mayuri Patil, Mr. Bane which is a head of the Department. I talk with them many times. But I they are not able to solve my problem sir. My complaint no.is 112394853. I have original bill of machine. I told with head Person's Mr Bane & Mrs. Mayuri Patil mam. If you are not able to solve my problem. Please give me replacement of Machine. But nobody's giving response. Please help me.
