Videocon washing machine is not getting serviced under warranty

This regards to my Videocon semi automatic washing machine which is not working properly . I have raised the complainant for spinner not working on 28/12/2019. Service center has requested for new motor on 30/12/2019. Till today spare part (ie..motor )for drier has not been dispatched whereas same is approved on 02/01/2020.
Such type of service is not acceptable by such a big brand like Videocon. For replacement of small motor you are taking 1 month time which is really disgusting.

Kindly look into this matter and replace the motor of my washing machine as soon as possible.

9 month past but till now no one has resolved the above mentioned problem.
Now I want refund with compensation from company of entire amount.
