There was a problem in IFB washing machine owned by me in name of my wife (Kalpana Hemant Bhatti, contact no. 9824210124 residing in Royal Krishna Bunglows, Antarjal, Adipur - 370205). Technician representing IFB service centre (Person in charge Mr. Bharat Desai having contact no.9173456500) located in Golden City Adipur - Kutch sent a technician Mr. Mukesh Solanki to resolve the same on 22.11.2017. His behavior was very rude to family members and did not resolved the problem. Have communicated to IFB about the same and they have given their ticket no.1000693131 and 1000698908 for resolving the matter.
