We registered a complaint more than 3 weeks ago, Complaint ID: 1103113181 because the machine had stopped working. It has been more than three weeks and the technician's response has been the same - Spare Part will take time to come. We have waited for three weeks for the spare part to arrive, but there has been no response on that front. I called their customer care today to find out the company has closed the complaint without actually resolving it. Moreover, I have seen from experience that when the user avails of the Annual Maintenance Contract from the company, IFB takes 10 times the usual time to respond to complaints just to prolong the issue.
