Not returning of washing machine

Voltas beko 7.2 kg washing machine purchased from reliance digital which was having buzzer on the photo available on site but delivered without buzzer and now they are neither returning nor replacing . I have screenshot available with me which shows washing machine with buzzer. Reliance digital team is playing all foul and not returning the washing machine.
