Fraud and cheating case against Inkgrid.com shopping site

A Ciara King size bed was ordered by her from Inkgrid.com on 13th August 2018 and payment of INR 45,000 was made to Bquobe info system via a WhatsApp link that was generated by Inkgrid team.
(Inkgrid provides Cash on Delivery option then why was a link generated for online payment?)
2. The delivery of the product was scheduled for 22nd August, however, the product was delivered on 5th September and installed after a gap of 12 days i.e. on 17th September.
Here are the attributes of the product:
Few parts damaged by courier ( as informed and pic sent )
Box storage has no storage (as promised)
No puffy included ( which was one of the reasons given for the delay )
No led lights (as promised)
Hardware missing
Mattress missing (dimensions were given and were to be a part of the bed included )
3. Demand for the cancelation of the product and refund was made for about 10-12 times (before and after delivery of the product). Endless excuses were made by the representatives of Inkgrid namely Vineet and Amit (9999445165, 9999419552)
(Inkgrid Website clearly states option for refund and cancelation)
4. After a preposterous experience and to further avoid any unpleasant situation, we demand a full refund immediately.
