False Promise and Cheating, they gave us a small kitchen set and 2 vouchers

Me and my husband attended a promotion held by you at your Office in Kurla on 22nd July at 8pm. We did so, of course because we were promised a few prizes and also because we got almost 10 calls in 2 days to come attend the same.

We attended the session for nearly 1.5 Hours, and were treated very well by the executive and the manager. We loved the package that was being promoted but unfortunately couldn't decide at the spot, so we did not opt for it.

The guys there are kind, they gave us a small kitchen set and 2 vouchers, which was told on the phone are free of cost but in actual it has conditions. But, the 3rd thing promised to us was 2 free movie tickets, which was told to us that the person who called you for the event will help you book he tickets.

Now, we have tried our best to get in touch with the person named Swapnil, he seems to have blocked my number. I tried calling all the other numbers that called me, no one answered. One person answered today, heard my query and disconnected, on calling again, she is disconnecting. This kind of unprofessional behavior is not accepted. We did give you our time, and yes we have spoken about your brand to our family and colleges. But this is not what we expect in return.

If you promised something, you should deliver. I have all the sms sent to me with the prize list and all the numbers who called me n blocked me.
