My name : Maruti Vithoba Mangutkar.
Videocon Customer Id:66374781 I have lunched complaint for not proper picture on TV screen,for that they send engineer at that time he replaced set of box with New. As per Videcon service charge list: For Set of Box - 200/-rs,
For service Charge - 200/- rs
but engg. has taken Total 600/- rs and he refused to give receipt of extra 200/- rs.We refused for that 200/- rs but he threatened us that we will cut your connection and illegally he has taken extra 200/- rs. For same I have lunched complaint against him in Videocon customer care. they have given complaint number - 615322929.
But they closed this complaint without notifying me. Please take necessary action against this engineer. this is not matter of money. I have complaint against this Videocon engineer.
