Not returning money - 24x7 care service centre

1. On 13/8/18 I called up a service centre ( name as mentioned above) as my fridge had stopped cooling. The mechanic from this service centre changed our fridge timer and bio metal fuse charging me 3,200 rupees giving me a bill ( without gst details). But the problem was not solved even after that. I had to again call him after two days as the lower part had stopped working again. The mechanic came again and defrosted the upper part telling me that the ice had blocked the path for cooling air passing down under. After he went away and after few hours the fridge again stopped working from the lower part. This time the mechanic refuses saying it was Eid he was celebrating and would only come after 3 days.
2. I then called up LG repair services for the same. The mechanic changed our metal plated located inside the freezer and said that the replaced fridge timer was a defective one. He then connected our original fridge timer which was completely in a working condition. I immediately called up the previous service but this time the owner showed a passive response. I asked for my claim of money for which he kept on pushing it and dragging it ahead simply. I finally decided to go personally to his service centre. To my utter surprisement I discovered that such an address did not exist at all. I have attached the photos of the bills here in my complaint for your referral. I called him up several times but did not get any response from the centre at all. I was cheated and so now i want to seek the help from consumer court first before I land onto the police station to seek help.

I have tried to upload the images of the bills but it failed even after retrying.

    Whirlpool Fridge has issue
