Dear Sir,

I was working as a Freelancer for a Data Entry Company - Prope Technotype Pvt Ltd based at address: 440-41-42, Four Point Complex, Beside Maniba Farm, VIP Road, Vesu. Surat -395 007 through their franchise/vendor Company based at address- Aspace Database Management Private Ltd, Office No 201, Second Floor, Sy No-42-43, CTS-203, VG Landmark, Plot No-A1, Near Sweet Treat, Opposite Shoppers Orbit, Mukundrao Ambedkar Chowk, Kasturba Housing Society, Vishrantwadi, Pune-411 015.

They charged me Rs 9000/- to give me ID to start the work. My Customer ID is SFC110920187074. I had opted for plan FF4000.

I filled 4000 online forms and submitted all 4000 forms before time. They have not made payment mentioning low accuracy.

Their modus operandi is to prove that customers have low accuracy making them defaulter for non-payment of wages and give no payment. They extract all work and give no payment which is absolutely against labour law and justice.

Since they have server access through administrator access they are able to forge QC report/audit report and manipulate accuracy. I have all 4000 forms in PDF format which I have submitted which have no fault. I am attaching all forms as attachment.

They are cheating many people in this way.

    Hello, I visited Phoenix Manpower Sploutiins today after I received Call from the Call center of PropeTechno Type Pvt LTD.

    This was regarding Data Entry work which was like, that Candidates had to fill the forms on the online portal of Phoenix Manpower Solutions from Resume images displayed on the same portal side by side. These resumes were told to be of jobseekers uploaded through Kind Jobs website whereas there is no such Job Portal, there is one as Jobskind.com which is non functional and it seems there is not a single resume uploaded in this portal.

    They were asking RS 15000/- in 3 ways for registration & for signing the agreement (1) RS 7500/- if making payment immediately 2) RS 10000/- payable on the spot, RS 5000 /- to be deducted from the earned money 3) RS 13000/- payable on the spot ).

    I am alarmed seeing your complaint & will contact you further knowing that Modus Operandi.
