No IFB technician came to attend the problem in warranty

I had purchased Serena Aqua SX 6kg 1000 RPM on 14/11/2016. It has 4 year warranty and 10 year spare part support. On September/October one problem occurred that the washing machine program did not started properly. On 4th October I complained, IFB Ticket no is 1002162628, One technician came and changed inlet hose pipe with filter mesh and charged 700/-. But the problem had not solved and same problem occur within few days. I complained on 24th October 2018 and IFB Ticket no is 1002255919. But 16 days is over no IFB representative or technician came to attend the problem.
