I have VI no. 7046072741 which have given the bill of RS 16202 for Sep 2020 and last month(Aug 2020) bill of 13298. I have tried to complain for Vodafoneidea but they are refuse to take. I had paid the amount of 13298 in Sep 2020 after taking personal loan . I am frustrated and helpless . VI( Vodafoneidea) told this is VAS services charge . My monthly rental is only Rs 499 but without any information and consent they has charge the huge amount Rs13298 and Rs 16202 .My credit limit is on my number is Rs1600 only. Please help me to refund my amount and assure for fair service .
